  • Change or add my email address

    Make sure we have your current email address on file so you don't miss important information about your subscription. emptyRegarding Delivery, how do I:

  • Find out when my first issue will arrive.

    Your first issue should arrive approximately 4 to 6 weeks after we receive your order. If it's been more than 6 weeks and you still haven't received an issue, please Contact Us to let us know.

  • Temporarily stop delivery.

    To temporarily stop delivery, please Contact Us to make your request. Your subscription will automatically be extended to compensate for unmailed issues.

  • Receive scent free issues

    Please Contact Us to make your request. Please note, because our magazines are printed in advance, you may receive one or two scented issues before your request takes effect.

  • Stop receiving duplicate issues.

    If you are receiving duplicate copies of the same magazine, please Contact Us to let us know so that we can combine and extend your subscription. Because our mailing labels are printed in advance, you may receive one or two duplicate issues before your request takes effect.

  • Report a missing or damaged issue.

    Unfortunately, missed or damaged issues do sometimes happen and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. Please Contact Us to let us know which issue you're missing.

  • Report a missed gift with order.

    Occasionally, we offer special gifts as part of your paid subscription order. Please note, these usually take between 6 to 8 weeks to arrive, after we receive your payment. If, after 8 weeks, you still have not received your gift, please Contact Us to let us know.

  • Switch my subscription from digital-only to print.

    If you are a current digital-only subscriber, and wish to begin receiving the print edition, please Contact Us to make your request.
